Pailin Chongchitnant or “Pai” is a native Thai based in Vancouver, Canada. Though she has classical chef training, Pai found her true passion in demystifying Thai cuisine for home cooks through her YouTube channel. She has also expanded her tutorials to include delicious dishes from around the world (but still mostly Asian!).
Pai is a teacher at heart and doesn’t believe in merely giving recipes—she always explains the how’s and the why’s behind the methods and choices of ingredients, so that her viewers can leave each video a better cook.
She has published a cookbook on the fundamentals of Thai cuisine called Hot Thai Kitchen, and also co-hosts a Canadian TV cooking show One World Kitchen.
